The good news is that NEWCOAT RESURFACING will fulfil the above criteria EVERY TIME. A good spray paving job will always look great and give you lasting satisfaction for years. So making sure the job is done properly without any shortcuts being taken is of paramount importance.

 We only use materials designed specifically for spray-on paving, critical in regard to sealers. There are lots of different types of concrete sealers on the market and it’s very tempting for applicators to use standard concrete sealers on spray paving because they cost less. But for the best results it’s important to use the more expensive spray-on paving sealer to ensure the integrity of the job – something we guarantee in writing on our invoice!

·    For business or commercial applications where a slip reducing surface is important for public liability reasons, the cost of spray paving may be tax deductible (check with your accountant). 

1. The concrete area is acid washed then cleaned with an Industrial High Pressure Water Blaster.

2.  A primer is then applied which assists in the molecular bonding process of the spray paving to the concrete.

3.  Any cracks and imperfections in the slab are repaired.

4.  All surrounding areas are masked off to prevent unsightly overspray staining walls etc.

5.  If required a base coat is applied in your choice of colour which becomes the mortar or grout line of your new paving pattern.

6.  Your choice of paving stencil pattern including a border if required is now installed on top of the base coat and fixed to the surface.

7.  2 – 3 coats of your chosen main colour is then sprayed, the final coat providing the textured slip reducing safety surface.

8.  At the right time the stencils are removed and the area is thoroughly cleaned with a blower vac, all masking paper is removed and the site is cleaned up.

9.  2 coats of SPECIALLY FORMULATED SPRAY-ON PAVING SEALER is then applied to protect and beautify your new paving for many years to come.
